TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Equipment sold through Visual Systems carry no warranties or guarantees other than those offered by the seller. Seller represents that this equipment is free of any liens, encumbrances, and/or UCC's and further guarantees transfer of good title to equipment. The seller is responsible for all return shipment of equipment if, during the inspection period, the equipment is found to have been misrepresented by the seller. All equipment is sold on an advance payment basis and is subject to availability. All equipment is sold F.O.B. point of origin. Freight, packing, insurance, and taxes (when applicable) are additional to the buyer. Visual Systems sells all merchandise with the understanding that the buyer has a 48 HOUR inspection period unless otherwise stated, to insure that merchandise is in working condition and/or is as it was represented to be. If merchandise is not as represented or not in working condition, we will find an adequate replacement, arrange to have the merchandise repaired or issue a refund at our discretion.
